One of my favourite things is getting messages from clients after a Reiki session telling me, "Things just started clicking." It’s like the moment we set the intention and spoke about what they were calling in… the Universe—and their guides—were already listening.

And honestly? That’s because they are.

The Energy We Broadcast Matters

Everything in the universe—including us—is made of energy. The frequency we’re tuned into determines what we perceive, how we feel, and what we attract. This isn’t just spiritual fluff—it’s backed by science.

According to quantum physics, everything emits a vibrational frequency. Our thoughts, emotions, and even our nervous system responses all carry energetic signatures. When we’re stressed or anxious, we’re often stuck in what’s called a sympathetic nervous state—fight, flight, or freeze. That’s like being locked into station 101.7, playing the same old loops of fear, doubt, or overwhelm.

A client recently sent me photos (below) of her sleep patterns before and after a Reiki session. The difference was astounding—more restful, deeper sleep, and fewer wakeups. (We know from neuroscience that better sleep improves emotional regulation and intuitive clarity.)

One week later, she emailed again—her energy had shifted so much, and she was effortlessly attracting the opportunities and connections she’d been trying to force before. That’s the power of tuning your dial.
