Once I saw what was really happening, everything changed.

For a long time, I thought the issue was that I needed more clarity. more Intuition, more confidence.

BUT WHAT I ACTUALLY NEEDED WAS TO STOP OVERRIDING MYSELF.

I was already intuitive, already perceptive. I just didn’t trust what my body was telling me in real time.

I’d feel something and then immediately explain it away. Sense a yes…then talk myself into a no… Know the truth, then ask 10 other people to confirm it.

That pattern was costing me energy, time and self-trust.

That’s the work I now teach.
